22″ W x 24″H pencil signed limited edition print of original transparent watercolor. Ray Day was an Indiana artist who taught in public schools for many years. He was fascinated by the Midwestern countryside and the Americana style of painting. Day’s prints are getting more and more rare and are sought out by aficionados.
This piece is triple matted in the Americana oval style and depicts a nineteenth century still life with candle, decaying leather bound books and antique spectacles.
