34″W x 28″H vintage lithograph by Frederic Mizen “Reminiscing.” This is a classic Victorian Musical print.This one depicts two classy women at the piano playing the old songs. It was created in the 1950s and hearkens back to the 19th century in painting style and dress of the subjects.This piece is rare these days and very collectible, especially if you seek a large print that brings to life a bygone era.
Mizen is famed for his Saturday Evening Post covers as well as portraits of Native Americans from the southwest.
Signed in the plate by the artist. Framed in scalloped wood. Print has taken on a nice patina over the years.
